B. USE

We share limited information about you with our customer members and in particular we may disclose your email address to our customers. a) We collect data which we use to send newsletters regarding information of our customers using our service (with prior agreement made between us) in order to inform you about their products. When you visit our customers’ websites through the newsletter we will send you, we may receive certain information about your behavior, including your activity, page content, click / touch activity, movement, scrolling and typing (in some cases). If you are located in Europe, your IP address, typing activity and personal information are never stored or shared with third parties.

(b) Information related to the data collected for our customers: christosdounavis.gr collects information on behalf of our customers which we share with you. If you are subscribed to our company newsletter and no longer wish to follow any of our customer updates, please contact us and then the respective customer directly.

If you no longer wish to be contacted by any of our customer members through our Services, please unsubscribe directly from that member’s newsletter or contact the member directly to update or delete your data. If you contact us directly, we may remove or update your information within a reasonable time after notifying the member of your request.

We deal with all requests we receive from individuals who wish to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may ask you to verify your identity in order to help us effectively respond to your request.

The disclosure of information to you is done with the consent of our customers, and is only for your information and communication with them. Any illegal and non-consensual use, disclosure, processing or collection of our customers’ data will attract the corresponding legal penalties.

THIRD PARTY ACCESS
